Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email ( info@olanglab.com) at first.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable items

  • On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

 

General Return Process

  1. Initiate a return: Contact us at info@olanglab.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and it is crucial to ensure that the items are well-packaged. However, in the event of a claim or manufacturing defect, Olanglab will cover the shipping costs as well as the costs associated with the return or exchange process.

  3. Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

 

Return Charge

  1. If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you including the return freight.
  2. If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the return freight.
  3. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  1. Personalized or customized items: Products that have been customized or personalized according to the customer's specifications may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  2. Final sale or clearance items: Products marked as final sale or sold at a discounted price as part of a clearance sale may be non-returnable.
  3. Damage/loss caused by customers is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Return and Repurchase: The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you desire is to initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you wish to receive.This method allows us to expedite the processing of your return and ensures that you receive your replacement item as swiftly as possible.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that regardless of the payment method used, the refund processing time remains consistent. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
