At Olanglab, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made within the United States. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy tailored specifically for our customers within the USA market.



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  2. Final sale or clearance items: Products marked as final sale or sold at a discounted price as part of a clearance sale may be non-returnable.
  3. Hazardous materials: Items classified as hazardous materials, such as chemicals or flammable liquids, may be non-returnable due to safety regulations.

Return and Repurchase: The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you desire is to initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you wish to receive.This method allows us to expedite the processing of your return and ensures that you receive your replacement item as swiftly as possible.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that regardless of the payment method used, the refund processing time remains consistent.If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
